This is an archival set of pictures of the Ducks performing at the House of Blues, Sunset Strip.

I absolutely hate having to write this, but I feel obligated. Like all my other photos, I am the sole holder of the copyright. Unlike the others, in order to not be harrassed by security for having my camera, I agreed to sign an "Archive Agreement" with the House of Blues. The gist of it is, I can't do anything "commercial or promotional" with these pictures without further negotiating with HOB Entertainment, Inc.

Therefore, the pictures contained herein are of an archival nature. A concert happened. These photos document that event. The quality (or lack thereof) of these pictures should not be any basis for hiring me for future photographic work. I'm not promoting myself by making them available here. Likewise, I suppose, they should not be construed as any form of endorsement of either The Ducks nor The House of Blues. Also, these pictures are not available for licensing for other use. Not unless you want to figure out what HoB might want out of the deal. They're not for sale, because that would be commercial use.
